Returns & Refunds policy

At Aaramya Digital, we aim to provide high-quality digital products and a smooth customer experience. Since our offerings include eBooks, software, online courses, subscriptions, and SaaS services, we follow a fair and transparent refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Customers may request a refund within 2 days (48 hours) of purchase.

  • Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

    • Payment was deducted but the customer did not receive product access.

    • The wrong digital product was delivered.

    • Technical issues that prevent the use of the purchased product.

    • Duplicate or accidental payment.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • If the digital product (eBook, software, course, or subscription) has already been downloaded, accessed, or used.

  • If the refund request is made after 2 days of purchase.

  • If the issue is due to customer’s device incompatibility or lack of internet access.

  • For subscription-based services, if the service has already been activated or used.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Since all products are digitally delivered instantly, cancellations are generally not possible once the payment is successful.

  • Customers must ensure they review the product details carefully before making a purchase.

4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, customers must email us at info@aaramyadigital.com with their Order ID, Payment Reference, and Reason for Refund.

  • Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Aaramya Digital.
