Returns & Refunds policy
At Aaramya Digital, we aim to provide high-quality digital products and a smooth customer experience. Since our offerings include eBooks, software, online courses, subscriptions, and SaaS services, we follow a fair and transparent refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Customers may request a refund within 2 days (48 hours) of purchase.
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
Payment was deducted but the customer did not receive product access.
The wrong digital product was delivered.
Technical issues that prevent the use of the purchased product.
Duplicate or accidental payment.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
If the digital product (eBook, software, course, or subscription) has already been downloaded, accessed, or used.
If the refund request is made after 2 days of purchase.
If the issue is due to customer’s device incompatibility or lack of internet access.
For subscription-based services, if the service has already been activated or used.
3. Cancellation Policy
Since all products are digitally delivered instantly, cancellations are generally not possible once the payment is successful.
Customers must ensure they review the product details carefully before making a purchase.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, customers must email us at info@aaramyadigital.com with their Order ID, Payment Reference, and Reason for Refund.
Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Aaramya Digital.
